Pyung An Sam Dan from the Joon Be position:

  1. turn left 90, backstance, left outward middleblock... ...right foot up to feet together... ...left lowblock over right outward middleblock ...right lowblock over left outward middleblock

  2. turn right 180, backstance, right outward middleblock ...left foot up to feet together... ...right lowblock over left outward middleblock ...left lowblock over right outward middleblock

  3. turn left 90, left frontstance, doublefist middleblock

  4. advance right frontstance, kwan soodo

  5. turn knifehand under, turn left 270, left backstance, left backfist

  6. turn left 90 and advance right frontstance, right middlepunch - kihap

  7. turn 180 left, feet together, fists on hips... ...ankle dip ...ankle dip ...ankle dip

  8. turn 180 left into horsestance, right elbow block... ...right backfist (and return backfist to hip)

  9. turn 180 right into horsestance, left elbow block... ...left backfist (and return backfist to hip)

  10. turn 180 left into horsestance, right elbow block... ...right backfist (and leave backfist out)

  11. turn right 90, left frontstance, left middlepunch
