Palgue Yuk Jang from the Joon Be position:

  1. Turn left 90, left backstance; left dbl knifehand block

  2. Advance right frontkick, right frontstance, right middlepunch

  3. Pivot 180 right, right backstance, right dbl knifehand block

  4. Advance left frontkick, left frontstance, left middlepunch

  5. Pivot 90 left, left frontstance, left lowblock

  6. Twist torso left so right shoulder forward, left high knifeblock, right downward sudo to neck area of opponent

  7. Right high frontkick (keep lefthand in highblock and knife hand extended) Stamp right foot down and bring left foot up behind right foot into X stance; as you stamp, right backfist to face, left fist assisting palm up by your solar plexus, Kihap!

  8. Pivot 270 left, left backstance, left low dbl knife hand block

  9. Advance left front stance, cross left arm over right, double outward fist block, snapping both fists to palm down

  10. Advance right front kick, right frontstance, right-left middlepunch

  11. Pivot 180 right, right backstance, right low dbl knife hand block

  12. Advance right front stance, cross right arm over left, double outward fist block, snapping both fists to palm down

  13. Advance left front kick, left frontstance, left-right middlepunch

  14. Pivot 90 left, left backstance, dbl knifehand middleblock

  15. Modify to left frontstance, twist torso left so right shoulder forward, left high knifeblock, right palm-heel strike to chin area

  16. Advance right frontkick, right frontstance, right backfist, Kihap!

  17. Advance left frontkick, left highblock

  18. Turn left 90 to right crane, right sidekick, right highpunch, drop into right backstance, right dbl knifehand middleblock

  19. Turn 180 left backstance, left dbl middle knifehand block
