Tae Guek Sa Jang from the Joon Be position:

  1. Turn 90 left into left backstance, left outward double sudo

  2. Advance into right front stance, kwan sudo

  3. Turn 180 right into right backstance, right outward double sudo

  4. Advance into left front stance, kwan sudo

  5. Turn 90 left into left front stance, simultaneous... ...left sudo highblock & right sudo to neck

  6. Right front kick forward into right high frontstance, simultaneous reverse left hand punch

  7. Simultaneous Left sidekick front & Left sidepunch towards front...

  8. ...drop the left foot down, turn body 180 left and simultaneous... ...right sidekick front & right sidepunch towards front... ...drop right down into right backstance, right double sudo

  9. Turn 270 left on ball of right foot, sliding left foot out... ...into left backstance, simultaneous left outward block

  10. Right frontkick, pull right BACK and slide back into... ...left backstance, simultaneous right inward block... ...turn upper body 45 degrees to the left

  11. Turn 180 right in place into right backstance, w/right outward block

  12. Left frontkick, pull left BACK and slide back into... ...right backstance, simultaneous left inward block... ...turn upper body 45 degrees to the right

  13. Keep right foot in place, turn 90 left and slide left forward into... ...left front stance, simultaneous left sudo highblock... ...right sudo to neck

  14. right frontkick, step forward with right into right frontstance... ...right backfist
