Pyung An Sa Dan from the Joon Be position:

  1. left 90, left backstance, left over right on right... ...double sudo left high, right middle

  2. right 180, right backstance, right over left on left... ...double sudo right high, left middle

  3. left 90, frontstance, low x-block

  4. Advance frontstance, dbl fist middleblock

  5. step up feet together: right fist over left on left, look right left fist over right on right, look left

  6. Left sidekick to 90 left, simultaneous left backfist

  7. turn into frontstance, return left palm to right elbow

  8. step up feet together: left fist over right on right, look left right fist over left on left, look right

  9. Right sidekick to 90 right, simultaneous right backfist

  10. turn into frontstance, return right palm to left elbow

  11. turn 90 left into frontstance, left high palmblock, right high sudo

  12. right front snapkick, simultaneous grab & pull both hands

  13. turn 90 left into frontstance, outward block to 90 right

  14. turn 135 left, backstance, double rising X block to dbl outward block

  15. advance into frontstance, right front snapkick, dbl middle punch

  16. turn 90 right, backstance, double rising X block to dbl outward block

  17. advance into frontstance, left front snapkick, dbl middle punch

  18. turn 45 left, frontstance, double middle block

  19. advance frontstance, double middle block

  20. advance frontstance, double middle block

  21. Lean back, reach out and grab "head", break on knee, Kihap

  22. jump 270 left to backstance, double knifehand block

  23. turn right 45 to backstance, double knifehand block
