From the choom bi stance, you begin:

Chamber left hand at right shoulder; Look left; Pull right hand to right waist

  1. Pivot 90 left, left front stance, left low block
  2. Advance to right front stance, right middle punch chamber right to left shoulder, look right
  3. Pivot 180 degrees CW on left foot to right front stance, right low block
  4. Advance to left front stance, left middle punch Chamber left to right shoulder, look left
  5. Pivot 90 degrees CCW on right foot to left front stance, left low block
  6. Advance to right front stance, right middle punch
  7. Advance to left front stance, left middle punch
  8. Advance to right front stance, right middle punch, KIHAP Exchange: Right hand to waist, left hand to right shoulder
  9. Pivot 270 degrees CCW on right foor to left front stance, left low block
  10. Advance to right front stance, right middle punch Chamber right to left shoulder, look right
  11. Pivot 180 degrees CW on left foot to right front stance, right low block
  12. Advance to left front stance, left middle punch Chamber left to right shoulder, look left
  13. Pivot 90 degrees CCW on right foot to left front stance, left low block
  14. Advance to right front stance, right middle punch
  15. Advance to left front stance, left middle punch
  16. Advance to right front stance, right middle punch, KIHAP Exchange: Right hand to waist, left hand to right shoulder
  17. Pivot 270 degrees CCW on right foot to left front stance, left low block
