Moves 1->2 are performed in rapid sequence
  1. Slide left foot forward into left back stance; at the same time, perform left hand lifting middle block, palm out (right hand assisting, palm up)

  10. Right front kick
    (b): Bring right foot (kicking leg) back to original position and immediately slideone step backwards with left foot; at the same time, slide backwards (slightly) with right foot and assume cat stance; simultaneously, right batang sohn nulla maki
  11. Turn face 90 left while sliding left foot forward into left cat stance; at the same time, left joong dan knife hand block
  12. Left front kick
    (b): Step forward with left foot into left front stance; at the same time, perform reverse joong dan jirugi
  13. Keeping right foot in place, slide left foot backwards into left cat stance; at the same time, perform left batang sohn nulla maki
  14. Turn body 180 to right while pivoting on ball of left foot and slide to the right with right foot into right cat stance; at the same time, perform right joong dan soo do maki
  15. Right front kick
    (b): Step forward with right foot into right front stance; at the same time, perform reverse right joong dan jirugi
  16. Keep left foot in place, slide right foot backwards into right cat stance; at the same time, perform right batang sohn nulla maki
  17. Turn body 90 right while pivoting to right on ball of left foot and sliding to right in arc with right foot forward into right back stance; at the same time, perform right double hand low block right hand palm down, left hand palm up
  18. Left front kick
    (b): Right jumping front kick while left foot is still in air!
    (c): step down with right foot into right front stance, (with left foot placed where right foot was previously) perform right jumping front kick; at the same time, perform right inward block.
    (d): Maintain right front stance; perform left joong dan jirugi and kihap
  19. Turn body 270 left, while pivoting on ball of right foot and sliding out with left foot crossing in an arc behind right foot, into left back stance; at the same time, perform left knife hand middle block. P
    Moves 20->21 are performed in rapid sequence
  20. Slide forward with left foot into front stance; at the same time, perform right elbow strike inward to opponent's face area with body twisting to left
  21. Maintain left front stance; right dung chu mok chigi to face while twisting body to the right
    (b): Maintain stance; left choong dan jirugi
  22. Turn body 180 right, pivoting on ball of left foot and sliding out to right with right foot into right back stance; at the same time, perform right knife hand middle block
    Moves 23->24 are performed in rapid sequence
  23. Slide forward with right foot into front stance; at the same time, perform left elbow strike to the face with body twisting to right.
  24. Maintain right front stance; perform left dung chu mok chigi to face while twisting body left
    (b): Maintain stance; right joong dan jirugi
