Cross left arm over right

  1. Pivot 90 left, left back stance, left outward block... pull right fist to waist

  2. Advance to right front stance, right middle punch... pull left fist to waist Cross right arm over left

  3. Pivot right 180, right back stance, right outward block... pull left fist to waist

  4. Advance to left front stance, left middle punch... pull right fist to waist Cross left arm over right

  5. Pivot left 90, back stance, left outward block... pull right fist to waist

  6. Advance to opposite front stance, right high punch... pull left fist to waist

  7. Advance to opposite front stance, left high punch... pull right fist to waist

  8. Advance to opposite front stance, right high punch with Kihap... pull left fist to waist Cross arm left over right

  9. Pivot left 270, back stance, left outward block... pull right fist to waist

  10. Advance to opposite front stance, middle punch Cross right arm over left

  11. Pivot right 180, back stance, right outward block... pull left fist to waist

  12. Advance to opposite front stance, middle punch Cross left arm over right
